Dear Brother Mark....
Greetings in the name of our Mighty Lord Jesus!!
Brother....I want to send you our repot of activties and future goal. We have out reaching the brothers and sisters in remote villages....where there is great need of Word of God. Praise God...we are getting our brothers and sisters...in Christ. Some of location we have started new prayer groups. They are meeting and sharing the word of God.....weekly and we reach them too.
Regarding our future plans...we have some requests we want to send you. First of all we are planning to distrubute bibles among brothers and sisters. We saw many families missing their holy bibles at home. We need about 50 bible in our native language. These are the families....where I am reaching to them.
We have some other pastor friends....they have their needs of bibles too.
WE need for family sponsorship programme. This program will allow people and groups to sponsor different poor families, and write to them and the children with your generous help.
Our team will pay the postage for the poor families, and translate the
letters and communications into the local language. Our prayer group team will help
the illiterate to write letters and send pictures back to the families.
This program will help our partners to more closely connect with the families they are sponsoring.
Our prayer team fears that the extreme conditions forced upon the poor to work
two and three jobs, will not only deny the children education, but also
their faith. Who will teach them about Jesus? If help is not given soon, many will be lost forever. We want to start our sunday school, we have its more detail.
As the adults go off to work each day, the children are left to roam the
streets, and fend for themselves. Sunday school will guide and let them
spend their time with Jesus Christ.
Please keep praying forour above needs, as its extremely needed here. We are praying for your mission success...daily.

1. Pakistani Christians Urge Prayer Amid Violence
After a bomb blasted a Shiite place of prayer and a Roman Catholic priest was murdered outside his home, Christians in Pakistan are requesting urgent prayer for their safety and continued ministry.
A bomb blast in Quetta City near the Afghanistan border on July 4 targeted a Shiite place of prayer, but Christians feared they could be caught in the crossfire between two warring Muslim factions. The blast occurred when two militants entered the Imam Bargah, where 500 Muslims had gathered for prayer. Official reports say 20 people were killed in the blast, but confidential yet unconfirmed sources told Christian Aid 140 actually died.
Three weeks earlier 13 Shias were killed while traveling in a van when two men on motorbikes fired on them.
"The situation in our city is growing worse day after day," the confidential source told Christian Aid today.
"Everything in the city is disrupted. There is a general curfew. All educational institutions are closed. All shops are closed except general grocery stores may open a few hours a day. Attendance at churches is only 10 percent of normal.
There was another bomb blast in a fruit market last night. Uncertainty and insecurity affect everyone, even the Christians." He also said religious extremists are conducting strikes throughout the country.
According to a report by Compass Direct, six men overpowered the watchman at a Roman Catholic Church in the small village of Renala Khurd (near Okara near Lahore) and threatened to kill him if he sounded an alarm. When Father George Ibrahim went to investigate the disturbance, the gunmen shot him and then fled. According to Roman Catholic Archbishop of Lahore Lawrence J. Saldanha, the main motive for the priest's murder probably was the government's decision last fall to "denationalize" the church school and return it to the church, a move that angered nationalistic Muslims.
"We need continued prayers as never before," an evangelical minister told Christian Aid.

2. India: Mission Races Naxalites to Win Tribes
A mission in India is fighting to reach certain tribal groups before the Naxalites, a movement of Maoist rebels, stir them up to violence and retaliation.
The tribes are at risk of being ensnared by Naxalite ideology because they live in poverty and ignorance. They still cling to a lifestyle passed down from their ancestors, foraging the jungles for food.
Now, in the midst of hard times, they often blame the government and the wealthy for their poverty. This state of mind makes the tribal people easy targets for Naxalite propaganda. The rebels incite the tribes to anger and violence so that they will fight for the Naxalite movement.
For this reason many tribal people have been attacking government officials and wealthy people. Several native Indian mission workers have also faced violence at the hands of these misled people.
However, the Lord's work continues to be done. In Chattisgarh state, the biggest tribal state in India, an evangelical ministry has planted 160 village churches. Thirty believers, also from Chattisgarh, recently dedicated their lives to missionary service. Ministries continue to provide Bible classes and seminars, as well as food and medicine, to believers and unbelievers alike.

3. Nigerian Mission Faces Land Confiscation
Nigerian authorities are threatening to seize the property of a Nigerian Christian mission and make it available to Muslim developers if a building is not constructed on it soon.
The mission purchased the land three years ago when it was forced out of its old headquarters by a Muslim landlord.
While the mission leader says the location is "the best land any mission could think of," funds for putting a building on the premises have not been forthcoming. Gifts have enabled the mission to drill a well and start molding blocks, but it has not yet been able to begin any kind of structure.
Because the land is in a prime location-and because it is being developed by Christians in a Muslim environment-authorities have told the ministry to put up a building within four months or the land will be confiscated and sold to others.
The first project the mission wants to construct is a building for its school of missions. It now operates the school in a rented facility with 16 students, but had to turn away 40 students last year for lack of space. Moreover, the Muslim landlord has tried to evict the ministry as tenants and has raised their rent.
The first phase of the project will provide space for about 20 students and will cost only US $20,000. Eventually, the mission wants to construct a separate dormitory, an auditorium and offices. This first phase will meet their immediate needs, satisfy the building requirement of authorities, and secure their land.
The mission began as an outreach to the then newly discovered Koma tribe in 1983 and this year celebrates its 20th anniversary. The mission has planted several churches among the Koma and has expanded its outreach among the Verre, Minda and Dirim peoples. It operates several schools for children and a medical clinic in the jungle.

4. India: Prayer Power Counters Indifference, Persecution
Despite persecution, missionaries in India find that people are turning to the living God when they see the power of answered prayer.
One missionary recently reported the testimony of a man from Tamil Nadu state. The man had lost his eyesight from typhoid a year before and asked the missionaries to pray for him, saying he would believe in Christ if he were healed.
The missionaries agreed and told Christian Aid, "Some made fun of us, but the very next week he stood up and testified to the congregation that the Lord Jesus had restored his sight."
Another man in a certain village was in an accident that severely damaged his neck. Hospital treatment proved to be ineffective. In desperation, he called a local missionary to come pray for him.
After the prayer, the man sat up and ate, and his neck movement is now back to normal. Because of these and other examples of God's power, many people are embracing Christ.
Yet many continue to oppose the gospel.
In one village in the western state of Gujarat, Hindu zealots went to a missionary's home while he was away and beat up his wife. They tried to coerce her to give up Christianity and ran her out of the village.
In another village, a community leader attempted to stir up the police and get them to revoke local Christians' permit to build a worship center. The Lord intervened, however, and the police refused the man's false accusations, telling him "not to create confusion."

5. Argentina: Ukrainian Immigrants Find Hope
Ukrainian immigrants to Argentina are finding hope in Christ, thanks to a faithful mission in difficult times.
The mission's directors, Roberto and Elena Papa, told Christian Aid recently that they were able to buy every Bible in the Russian language available in Argentina and distribute them among ethnic Ukrainian believers. And the good news didn't stop there. Many of them used their Bibles to share the gospel with family and friends back in Eastern Europe. The Papas are planning to make a trip themselves to various countries of the former Soviet Union, hoping to encourage and challenge churches they helped found and the Ukrainian pastors who care for them.
Roberto and Elena Papa began ministering to Ukrainians in Argentina in 1999. Elena, herself a Ukrainian, translates for the displaced Eastern Europeans, helping them to find jobs and get medical attention. She also translates discipleship materials into Russian.
The plight of Ukrainian immigrants in Argentina is grave. An agreement made between Argentina and the Ukraine in 1992 lured many to the country with promises of US $25,000 and jobs.
However, upon arrival the immigrants were forced to sign a paper renouncing the money. With no income, no homes, and no way of legally getting a job or medical care, many ended up on the streets of Argentine cities, scrounging for food.
Suddenly Ukrainians who had been doctors and engineers were forced to beg for the most menial of jobs. Women who had been exposed to radioactive material from the Chernobyl incident came by the hundreds, and with them came genetically diseased children they were unable to care for.
Although the "agreement" that brought many Ukrainians to Argentina was cancelled in 2001, there are still 50,000 Ukrainians in the nation. Elena and her husband continue to reach out to them by helping them find jobs and get medical attention and giving them food. Roberto also pastors a mission church in Buenos Aires for Ukrainians. In one year this church grew from 10 to 160 people. It continues to grow, with Ukrainian immigrants coming to the Lord each week.

6. Philippines: Unreached Group Responds to Education Ministry
A ministry to an unreached tribal group in the Philippines has found that reaching out through education opens doors to an otherwise resistant society.
The mission recently opened a high school for some of the orphan children it takes care of. It also held summer classes for children in the neighborhood.
Mission leaders were worried that neighbors, mostly of a non-Christian religion, would show no interest in the classes, but thankfully the school was bursting at the seams with 53 students from kindergarten to high school. An added blessing was the attendance of many curious parents. Because of the unexpected response, many classes met outside under a tree, since there was no room inside.
The summer school courses focused on the four basics of math, English, science and values. The ministry never lost sight of its purpose, unabashedly sharing the Lord with students.
Because the people responded positively to the instruction, the ministry plans to begin a literacy program for them.
Literacy is important, the mission leader says, because "peace and order may be attained if they only know how to read and write."

7. Photo of the Week: Living Water for Haitians

"Can someone please have mercy on us and bring us water?" an elderly gentleman asked a Haitian missionary couple. People in his village used to have to walk miles up a mountain to get water by the bucket and carry it back to their homes. The need was made known to Christian Aid, who in turn made the need known to believers in America. As a result, gifts were sent enabling a mile-and-a-half of pipe to be connected with another piped water supply, bringing mountain spring water to the Haitian village. Attempts to drill local wells resulted only in brackish water. A church was planted in this village three years ago, and a footer for a permanent church building was recently laid. The local VBS program began yesterday. Jesus' said at Acts 20:35 "It is more blessed to give than it is to receive." For Christians living in Pakistan, to be on the receiving end of the gift is a joyful blessing as well. Christian families are faced with many trials in trying to meet the every day needs. Both the husband and wife struggle daily to make ends meet by working long hours and, many times, find it necessary to take on two or three jobs so that they are able to provide the basic necessities of food and shelter. Their options are limited as to what kind of work they will do, as they can not afford the education for the higher paying jobs that are occupied by rich Muslims.
Women are employed as sweepers and maids in the homes of the rich, while the men work hard labor jobs, cleaning the streets and doing sanitation w ork. Still, at the end of the month, they have very little to show for all of their hard labor, earning a mere $1.40 for an entire months work. At these wages, it is hardly enough money to feed their family let alone send their children to school so that they can get the education that they deserve. In most situations, older children of the family must also work.
Their hopes of gaining an education that would help them live easier lives and give them the opportunity to find higher paying jobs to secure their future and provide financial stability for their families as well, passes them by.
Prayer Group Ministry in Pakistan fears that the extreme conditions forced upon the poor to work two and three jobs, will not only deny the children education, but also their faith. As the adults go off to work each day, the children are left to roam the streets, and fend for themselves. In a world like we live in today, the streets are no place for a child to play. What kinds of future will a child have, if he has no guidance early in life, Prayer Group Ministry in Pakistan have a plan in mind, but they need your help? to create and establish a "childcare center", that would not only be a better environment for the children, but the facili ty would also give them valuable training.
From the age of three, children could come there and have shelter from the brutal Pakistani elements, as well as receive a good education, food, and last but not least, they would receive good spiritual training from Prayer Group Ministry in Pakistan Christian personnel.
The children would not lose sight of the Lord Jesus as they would be instructed daily, in the Holy Scriptures.

May Lord release His aboundance upon you aboundentely as use in a mighty way than ever before. I want to tell you that ever night at mid night I pray alone for my ministry and for the expansion of His kingdom.
I really wants to see you preaching in Pakistan, The people of Pakistan are very reciptive to the Word of Lord and they have a great hunger of the Word of Lord.
(For the earnest expectations of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God.) Romans 8:19.
I invite you Pakistan for preaching and Healing Crusade to Glorify His name in this great muslim country. It will be a great pleasure for me to become your host and let us join our hands to gather to lift up His name because the bible says:

Dear Brother....
I am going to send you the pictures of our "Children Ministry" these are belonging to poor christians families...as poor, widows, homeless, orphans, etc. We have plan to establish "Child Friendly School" in different remote areas, and to serve these poor students.. In this we are requesting to follow the plan and make this reality possible.
Background:
Prayer groups are working in Toba Tek Singh TTS and its surrounding areas. It has built up a network of committed Christians. Mr. Buta and some other institutions have helped the people to develop their awareness of Christians made them for the poor and fire them with commitment to work with the poor.
The result of all this has been use of technology to increase contacts with people in USA and others to help them with prayers, ideas and funds to execute a couple of the projects.
Prayer groups has the potential to run project. It has both charitable work and development work successfully. Now it has to grow in order to continue and strengthen its work.
Prayer groups is creating an environment where Christians can spread love, peace and forgiveness and can also express its love concretely in the shape of Child Friendly Schools (CFS). These are small one or two room schools where Christians live in fair members and Christian children are not going to school. The members of the families are at least 12 and the reason why children are not going to school is poverty. The Christians children feel discriminated in the government schools or because there is no school in the locality. Muslim Children will join the school if they wish.
Why Child Friendly Schools are needed:
Prayer groups would like to introduce "Child Friendly School" program for many reasons. As many of you know, Christians in Pakistan are very poor and uneducated. They are living hand to mouth life, and deprived for the basic necessities of life. The women work very long and hard hours as sweepers and maids in the homes of the rich Muslims, while the men work hard labor jobs, cleaning the streets and doing sanitation work. At the end of the month they have very little to show for all of their hard labor, earning a mere $1.40, if they are lucky. Yes, that total was for a whole months work. Hardly enough money to feed a family let alone send a child to school. In most situations, it all boils down to a decision between sending the older children off to work, or allowing them go to school.
There is another important reason to establish "Child Friendly Schools" to aware about education. Most of villagers don't allow their children to go out for schools, as they cannot afford. Especially girls are most deprived for education in remote and rural areas. It's a great opportunity for them to get free education. In Many villages do not have facility for schools and they have to travel miles away to get education.

I am going to send you the pictures of our "Children Ministry" these are belonging to poor Christian families...as poor, widows, homeless, orphans, etc.
We have plan to establish "Child Friendly School" in different remote areas, and to serve these poor students. In this we are requesting to follow the plan and make this reality possible.
Background:
Prayer groups are working in Toba Tek Singh TTS and its surrounding areas. It has built up a network of committed Christians. Mr. Buta and some other institutions have helped the people to develop their awareness of Christians made them for the poor and fire them with commitment to work with the poor.
The result of all this has been use of technology to increase contacts with people in USA and others to help them with prayers, ideas and funds to execute a couple of the projects.
Prayer groups has the potential to run project. It has both charitable work and development work successfully. Now it has to grow in order to continue and strengthen its work.
Prayer groups is creating an environment where Christians can spread love, peace and forgiveness and can also express its love concretely in the shape of Child Friendly Schools (CFS). These are small one or two room schools where Christians live in fair members and Christian children are not going to school. The members of the families are at least 12 and the reason why children are not going to school is poverty. The Christian children feel discriminated in the government schools or because there is no school in the locality. Muslim Children will join the school if they wish.
Why Child Friendly Schools are needed:
Prayer groups would like to introduce "Child Friendly School" program for many reasons. As many of you know, Christians in Pakistan are very poor and uneducated. They are living hand to mouth life, and deprived for the basic necessities of life. The women work very long and hard hours as sweepers and maids in the homes of the rich Muslims, while the men work hard labor jobs, cleaning the streets and doing sanitation work. At the end of the month they have very little to show for all of their hard labor, earning a mere $1.40, if they are lucky. Yes, that total was for a whole months work. Hardly enough money to feed a family let alone send a child to school. In most situations, it all boils down to a decision between sending the older children off to work, or allowing them go to school.
There is another important reason to establish "Child Friendly School" to aware about education. Most of villagers don't al low their children to go out for schools, as they cannot afford. Especially girls are most deprived for education in remote and rural areas. It's a great opportunity for them to get free education. In Many villages do not have facility for schools and they have to travel miles away to get education.

Christmas with Orphan Children in Pakistan
Lord Jesus Christ put the orphans and widows and poor first in the Kingdom of God. Mission outreach International of Pakistan (MOIP) is working with the children in (both school going and drop-outs or those who never go to school) to provide them the education, food, health facilities and the Knowledge of Life, the Gospel. These children living in a pro-Islamic society tend to be more deprived because their parents are not educated either and they do not have culture where they could grow in to Christian.
MOIP formed a orphan kids minsitry that iscalled Shelter Welfare Society (SWS)Working among these children SWS heard the voice of Jesus promising place for the Students orphans. We started considering them as a priority and SWS formed a a orphanage house.
The SWS committee to serve 28 kids.
These kids are from different backgrounds, some of them have no parents( mother and father) some have father died, and some of them have their mothers and father are drug addicted.
Now 28 children are in orphanage (11 Girls & 17 Boys).
SWS is bringing these kids and providing them food, education, and clothing. The orphan's girls are never sent to school and they are married at an early age normally to the older men. But SWS give the new hope of life of life.
The boys become drug addict and start stealing different things and the committee found seven children in the police station for charges of drug addiction or stealing.
First these students' orphans did not have any tendency to listen to the Word of God and did not go to church. But Our SWS provide an opportunity for Sunday classes in the orphanage.
The committee of 3 local pastors and executive body of SWS recommends that a Christian School be established where the children up to high school should be given education and all other basic needs. The School should accommodate at least those 28 children (boys and girls) in the beginning. When they complete their high school they should be sent to different training centers& colleges for further education.
Our activities are as follows:
1. Bible classes for school children as Sunday school
2. Family prayer at homes in rotation in rural areas
3. Recreations programme like out side trips
4. Showing Christian movies to the illiterate adult and children
Request:
Generosity and charity are the components of Christianity, which contribute to the satisfaction of one-self.
All that these poor and neglected poor Christians need is the contribution from your charity that you already give. A part of your help will enable them to witness the birth of Our Savior.
Even the minimum from your perspective will do a lot. These needy people may get the necessities of life at the Christmas with your contribution. The happiness that Our Lord promised is there only few steps away from you. He sacrificed and shared His Body and we are required to share what ever we have to make the Kingdom of God a reality. We estimated to spend 25$ on each kid including cloths, shoes and toys for Christmas.

As you know that there is poverty in Pakistan and being Muslim country we face lots of problems not only spreading the good news of the gospel in our own Christian brothers and sisters but in Muslims as well.
We work in the rural areas and provide people religious books, food stuff and other necessities of life when possible.
We also work for the handicap (Special children), we try our best to provide them with the recreational facilities, food and clothing.
We have the vision of reaching the unrecahed with the good news of the gospel through evangelism and help those who are in the disparate need. So that by doing this we can fulfill all the righteousness. ( Mathew 25: 31-46 )
When by the grace of Almighty God we convert any Muslim we face lots of problems, due to lack of support. We often end up helpless to move on with the person to provide him/her with the needs of life as the family members throw them out of the family. In such cases we are often helpless. So we have the vision of making a special hostel for these kind of people where we can provide them basic needs of life.

SHE WAS A NURSE, MARRIED AND HAD A TWO MONTHS OLD BABY BOY AND BEFORE GOING TO WORK SHE WENT INTO THE CHAPEL TO PRAY, SHE WAS THE FIRST ONE TO GET SHOT.

With all your heart, with all your soul,

People run to and fro in their life, laboring to put bread on the table by the sweet to their faces( Genesis 3:19) They reproduce and search for joy and peace , yet they do not care about God. He is not part of daily schedule.
Some individuals tear the Almighty creator .They are sorry for their bad deeds, frightened of the wrath of the holy One, and scared of the Day of Judgment.
They prayer, fast give alms, go on pilgrimage and fight for the sake cognized that their good deeds are not sufficient to deliver them from hell. Even the demons believe in the oneness of God and tremble( James 2:19)
A small number of searchers of truth appear like the sunflower , which slowly twists around to face the sun from morning till night, to absorb its rays and grow up to ripen and bear much " Fruit '' Whoever turn toward his Lord without delay , Absorbs the rays of His Love and gathers spiritual energy from Him, will bear eternal fruit.
What type of person are you?
How many minutes a day do you think of Lord and really serve Him?
Remember what was written abot divine love:

With the tongues of men

Sounding brass
Or a clanging cymbal.
And though I have
The gift of prophecy,
And understand
All mysteries
And all knowledge,

The most important commandment in the Old testament is to love the LORD you God with all your heart , with all your soul, and with all your strength. We should examine ourselves.
Do we Love God indeed?
Do we love him with all our heart, with all our soul and with all our strength?
Hi who meditates on this commandment and is honest , will humble himself and be broken , for he will realize that he falls short of the love for lord, and must confess, I don't love him with all my heart , soul and strength!
My mind and compassion don't beat for God only ,my subconscious id not directed towards the Creator alone .I do love the Almighty Holy one but I have not loved Him with all my being , for I waste much time, strength and money on perishable things of this world.
The Almighty waiting for us to repent and confess with tears and reverence that we that we , ourselves , are actually love our self with heat, with all our strength but not to Lord so this is our original sin.
If we do not love sincerely to our Lord
than our punishment should be death and hell.
We can saved our lives if we love to Lord with all our heart , soul and strength .

We are working on five projects in Pakistan:
Prisoners: There are many innocent people are in prison cause they don't have money to prove themselves as innocent. In all Muslim countries, other people are second citizens. According to Islamic laws" Favor must be given to Muslims rather than other religions" .
Police and Judges force them to bring money or bring females (for Adultery) from their families to be free from prison.
Jesus says in Mathew. 25: 42-43 " For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not:
sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not".
Jesus Gave this Vision to the people of Bible College to help the prisoner and let them free (at least innocents). In this project, we will hire a lawyer to deal with all matters.
Sick people: There is no free medical in Pakistan, cause of poverty people are dying without medicines,of course there are some Christian hospital those who are helping specially Christians but those are not enough. There is one Christian hospital in one province and one province is consist on more than 150 cities and many villages. Bible College has its 10 branches in 10 cities who are serving Lord Jesus Christ day and nights.
Orphans: There are some shelters for orphans in Pakistan but unfortunatley, these are only for muslims people. In muslims orphan homes, they teach about islam and make their mind to fight with other religions. In clear words muslim orphan homes are misusing the orphan people. They use males for fighting and females for business (prostitution).There are some organizations are working for orphans but they are very few and very small.
Exodus 20:12 says " Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.
Psalms.118:13- Thou hast thrust sore at me that I might fall: but the LORD helped me.
Elderly: In Pakistani culture there is a big family culture. When children married and have their own children they don't able to help their parents. According to Pakistani constitutions, pension will be given to the government employs only.
80% people are not government employs, so after their service they survive very badly. Elderly, don't have money for medicines,for proper eating and drinking.
So, after their service they stick with their beds and depend on their children but their children have their own children and have not enough to look after both their children and parents.
Bible College is praying and seeking for help that may Jesus fulfill this vision as soon as possible, amen.

Motivating Tools
As a Child Evangelist I have committed my life to the development and enhancement of the children's in Pakistan. When God gives us a team of individuals to work with, there are some basic keys that will that will keep workers motivated and doing what they have been called to do.
For the past 4 years, I have been actively involved in children Groups and seen children ministry workers in various stages of development . some ministries are blessed with full team of workers , however the obstacle that each of these ministries face is keeping their team motivated . I believe there are specific keys that can be applied and practiced in retaining the minis try team that God has given you.
1- RELATIONSHIPS: Development spiritual partnerships with your team members.
Ask them about some of their life experiences.
Discover their goals and what gets the excited .
Find ways to bring different volunteers along with you as you go through your day.
Set up meetings times in a local restaurant where you just get together to talk. If you first find their heart, They will glad share their hands
2- VISION: Share your dreams with them.
A. Share your passion and vision ,
But don,t candy-coat it,
B. Be honest about the amount of time they will be investing to partner with you to change the lives of children.
C. Allow your team to share in the development and fulfillment of the vision
3- PERSONAL GROWTH :Help them set goals for personal growth by promoting:
A. A bible-reading schedule.
B. A recorded study serious
C. A great book that will challenge their personal walk with the Lord .Don't assume they have the right devotional habits. Most people don't care enough to want to see them mature in Christ.
4- COMMUNICATION: Communicate the fundamentals
A. Explain their responsibilities and talk about their values and worth as a member of yor team
B. Make sure they understand exactly what their position entails . Use a job description if you have to. Make it clear up front and them follow up with evaluation the picture.
5- TRAINING: Train consistently and training with fervor .This is how Jesus modeled training His team:
A. I do it
B. I do it and you watch me
C. You do it and I watch you
D. You do it without me
E. You do it and train someone else
6-THE BIG THREE: Responsibility , Authority and accountability .
Never give responsibility without giving authority .
Never give authority without responsibility
Never give authority or responsibility with you accountability
7-TOOLS: Give workers the tools they need to be effective.

Remember, We must enrich their lives if they are to enhance our programs.
Stir up the gift within them . (2 Timothy 1:6)
